I have lived in Bemidji since 1962 and have seen many changes, both in Bemidji and the surrounding area. Northern Minnesota is truly an outdoor paradise and I am proud to live here.

Throughout the years, I have been involved with many community organizations. Currently, I am on the board of Churches United, work with United Way and serve with North Country Partners in Health. I am very active in my church as a Deaconess, Women’s Ministries Chair, and Family Ministries Co-Chair, along with my husband.

We have two sons, three grandchildren, and an adorable Shizapoo. My husband is a CPA and a volunteer fireman. I feel very blessed with all the joy they bring to me. In my spare time I enjoy walking, biking, tennis, racquetball, boating, fishing, reading and quilting. I would also like to try gardening this year.
